We are seeking a Content & Graphics Assistant to join our Marketing team. This role will support the marketing department by creating visually appealing advertisements and marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms. As an addition to your existing duties, this position offers an opportunity to develop your design skills while helping with the bank’s branding and marketing initiatives. While a formal design background is not required, a strong eye for design and creativity are essential, along with an extensive knowledge of our bank’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
Create Marketing Materials – Design advertisements, social media graphics, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral as directed by the marketing team.
Assist with Layout and Design – Help select graphics, fonts, and photography for projects, ensuring that designs align with the bank’s branding and marketing goals.
Prepare Samples – Create and submit design drafts for review, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to finalize designs.
Support Marketing Projects – Work closely with the marketing team to execute various design tasks, assist in brainstorming ideas, and contribute creatively to the team’s efforts.
Product Knowledge Integration – Use your in-depth understanding of the bank's products and services to ensure designs effectively communicate our offerings and align with our overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience: No formal design background is required, but a strong eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. Previous experience with design work (either through coursework, internships, or freelance) is a plus.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop is required. Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the bank’s products and services to ensure designs accurately reflect our offerings and align with marketing goals.
Creativity: Ability to design and create engaging visual content that aligns with the bank’s brand identity.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with the marketing team.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working independently and as part of a team.
